Become like the sun

Become like the sun. If you do so, all darkness will be dispelled. No matter what happens, live confidently with the conviction that you, yourself are the "sun." Of course, in life there are sunny days and cloudy days. But even on cloudy days, the sun is still the sun. Even when you are suffering, it is vital that you strive to keep the sun shining brightly in your heart.

"Relative happiness is happiness that depends on things outside ourselves, such as affluence or social standing. While the happiness such things bring us is certainly real, it shatters easily when external conditions alter. Absolute happiness, on the other hand, is something we must find within. It means establishing a state of life in which we are never defeated by difficulties, and where just being alive is a source of great joy."

Bitter Greens And Their Benefits In Your Diet

I’m talking about the green leafy but bitter ones here. So if you’re usually not into them better take a closer look of what I have to say about these amazing bitter greens:

DANDELIONS

Dandelion is a flowering plant with brilliant flowers making them more popular as ornamental than medicinal plant. There are many dandelion varieties but the most common is known scientifically as Taraxacum Officinale. So what is so great about these greens apart from being a decorative plant? Do you know that dandelions are rich in calcium, which is essential for growth and strength of bones, and is rich is anti-oxidants like vitamin-C and Luteolin, which protect bones from age related damages due to free radicals, such as weakening and loss in density.

Dandelion is highly diuretic in nature. In fact, its French name literally means “urinate in bed”. Dandelion juice can help diabetic patients by stimulating production of insulin from pancreas and thus help keeping low the blood sugar level. Dandelion sap, also known as dandelion milk, is useful in treating skin diseases which are caused due to microbial and fungal infection, as this sap is highly alkaline and have germicidal, insecticidal and fungicidal properties. Dandelion has pretty good iron, vitamin and protein content. The fiber in dandelion is also helpful in reducing cholesterol and thereby assists lowering of blood pressure.

ARUGULA

Also known as salad rocket is a nutritious leafy green vegetable of Mediterranean origin. It belongs to the brassicaceae family like mustard greens, cauliflower, kale and many others. It has scientific name Eruca sativa. This vegetable also rich in B-complex group of vitamins such as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine), and pantothenic acid those are essential for optimum cellular enzymatic and metabolic functions. Rocket salad is rich source of certain phytochemicals such as indoles, thiocyanates, sulforaphane and isothiocyanates. Together they have been found to counter carcinogenic effects of estrogen and thus help benefit against prostate, breast, cervical, colon, ovarian cancers by virtue of their cancer cell growth inhibition, cytotoxic effects on cancer cells. Rocket is very good source of folates. 100 g of fresh greens contain 97 mcg or 24% of folic acid. When given around conception period it helps prevent neural tube defects in the newborns. It is also an excellent source of vitamin A.

MUSTARD GREENS

These spicy, pungent mustard greens or leafy mustard are indeed one of the most nutritious green leafy vegetables. These greens actually have more vitamin A, carotenes, vitamin K and flavonoid anti-oxidants than many common fruits and vegetables. They provide an excellent source of vitamins B6, C, and E, folic acid, calcium, carotenes, manganese, copper, and fiber. They also offer a very good source of phosphorus, vitamins B1 and B2, magnesium, protein, potassium, and iron. Mustard greens are rich source of anti-oxidants flavonoids, indoles, sulforaphane, carotenes, lutein and zeaxanthin. Indoles, mainly di-indolyl-methane (DIM) and sulforaphane have proven benefits against prostate, breast, colon and ovarian cancers by virtue of their cancer cell growth inhibition, cytotoxic effects on cancer cells.

WATERCRESS

These are often cultivated commercially for the small, pungent leaflets; it is used as a peppery salad green or garnish. Watercress was formerly used as a domestic remedy and against scurvy. Watercress is rich in Vitamin C.

ESCAROLE

It is a variety of endive whose leaves are broader, paler and less bitter than other members of the endive family. High in folic acid, fiber, and vitamins A and K, escarole can be eaten raw or gently cooked. Endive is a very low calorie leafy vegetable. 100 g fresh leaves provide just 17 calories but contribute about 8% of RDA of fiber.

So the next time you fill that plate, remember to go high on greens!

It Couldn't Be Done - by Edgar Guest

Somebody said that it couldn't be done, But, he with a chuckle replied that "maybe it couldn't" but he would be one who wouldn't say so till he'd tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin on his face. If he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing that couldn't be done, as he did it.

Somebody scoffed: "Oh, you'll never do that; At least no one we know has done it"; But he took off his coat and he took off his hat, And the first thing we knew he'd begun it.
With a lift of his chin and a bit of a grin, without any doubting or quiddit, he started to sing as he tackled the thing that couldn't be done, and he did it.

There are thousands to tell you it cannot be done, there are thousands to prophesy failure; there are thousands to point out to you, one by one, the dangers that wait to assail you.
But just buckle right in with a bit of a grin, just take off your coat and go to it; just start to sing as you tackle the thing that cannot be done, and you'll do it!

Sea Salt vs. Regular Table Salt

Believe it or not, salt is good for your health! But why do we often hear our doctors advise us to stay away from salt or salt-treated foods? Yet we need salt to balance our diet. So are all salt the same? What really makes sea salt different from a regular salt? Let us take a closer look on the big difference between regular table salt and sea salt.

Our old table salt is highly refined, going through a process that removes the magnesium and trace minerals. Various additives are added, like aluminum compound to keep it dry. The natural iodine is destroyed during its refining process and only added back in the form of potassium iodide. As for sea salt, it is naturally dried under the heat of the sun. Therefore retains its natural iodine from the sea. It also means there is still large mineral content. With sea salt you don’t need to use too much of it since it has much stronger flavor than table salt.

According to Ayurveda doctors, sea salts are the most beneficial forms of salt because they don’t increase the sodium content of blood, unlike regular table salt. It is highly recommended for patients with high blood pressure. It is also a rejuvenator while aiding digestion and improving eyesight.

Types of sea salt:

Kosher Salt is a form of sodium chloride. Kosher salt is allowed to remain a more coarse-grained salt, meaning that the structure of Kosher salt under a microscope looks like a series of cubes stacked on top of each other, rather than a single grain. Because Kosher salt is not heavily refined or iodine treated, it has a flavor which many chefs consider to be more pure. For this reason, it is favored for seasoning in professional kitchens.

Black Salt is a unique type of Indian volcanic rock salt. It is actually purple to pinkish grey in color rather than black and has a very distinctive sulfurous mineral taste, rather like hard-boiled egg yolks. It is mined from the volcanic regions of Pakistan and India. Black Salt is used in Indian cuisine as a condiment. According to India’s classical medical science, Ayurveda, black salt is full of therapeutic benefits. It is rich in iron, and is a cure for flatulence and heartburn.

Maldon English Sea Salt is a fabulous pure crystal salt. It comes from Essex, which is located in Southeastern England. This fine salt is harvested by a family run business that has been panning salt since 1882. Currently, it has received a good deal of very favorable press, making it a very sought after salt. It is known for its pyramid-shaped soft flaky crystal and stunning white color. There is something very appealing about its appearance, and the flavor is also quite delightful. Maldon salt is drier than the many of the other French sea salts.

Himalayan Pink Salt is a pure, hand-mined salt that is derived from ancient sea salt deposits, and it is believed to be the purest form of salt available. The high mineral crystals range in color from sheer white, varying shades of pink, to deep reds, the result of high mineral and iron content. The Himalayan Pink Salt offered by Mountain Rose Herbs is “Gourmet Food Grade”, the highest quality of Himalayan salt available. It is used by holistic chefs, spas, health professionals, and individuals for its range of nutritional and therapeutic properties. Regular consumption of Himalayan Pink Salt provides essential minerals, trace elements, balances electrolytes, supports proper nutrient absorption, eliminates toxins, balances the body’s pH, and normalizes blood pressure, and increases circulation and conductivity. It can also assist with relief from arthritis, skin rashes, psoriasis, herpes, and flu and fever symptoms.

Grey Sea Salt or Sel Gris is an all natural sea salt from Guerande in Brittany France. Being unprocessed and unrefined this salt highlights food flavors. The taste of Sel Gris is the complex balance of the sea and her minerals with large grey crystals, a moist texture. It is excellent for seasoning meats and vegetables.

So what are you waiting for? Go ahead and discover the wonders of sea salts!

Inspirational ↓ Face Difficulties Positively

This parable is told of a farmer who owned an old mule. The mule fell into the farmer’s well. The farmer heard the mule praying or whatever mules do when they fall into wells. After carefully assessing the situation, the farmer sympathized with the mule, but decided that neither the mule nor the well was worth the trouble of saving. Instead, he called his neighbors together, told them what had happened, and enlisted them to help haul dirt to bury the old mule in the well and put him out of his misery.

Initially the old mule was hysterical! But as the farmer and his neighbors continued shoveling and the dirt hit his back, a thought struck him. It suddenly dawned on him that every time a shovel load of dirt landed on his back, HE WOULD SHAKE IT OFF AND STEP UP!

This he did, blow after blow. “Shake it off and step up…shake it off and step up…shake it off and step up!” He repeated to encourage himself. No matter how painful the blows, or how distressing the situation seemed, the old mule fought panic and just kept right on SHAKING IT OFF AND STEPPING UP!

It wasn’t long before the old mule, battered and exhausted, stepped triumphantly over the wall of that well! What seemed like it would bury him actually helped him . . . all because of the manner in which he handled his adversity.

THAT’S LIFE! If we face our problems and respond to them positively, and refuse to give in to panic, bitterness, or self-pity.

Inspirational ↓ The Obstacle

In ancient times, a king had a boulder placed on a roadway. Then he hid himself and watched to see if anyone would remove the huge rock. Some of the king's wealthiest merchants and courtiers came by and simply walked around it.

Many loudly blamed the king for not keeping the roads clear, but none did anything about getting the big stone out of the way. Then a peasant came along carrying a load of vegetables. On approaching the boulder, the peasant laid down his burden and tried to move the stone to the side of the road. After much pushing and straining, he finally succeeded. As the peasant picked up his load of vegetables, he noticed a purse lying in the road where the boulder had been. The purse contained many gold coins and a note from the king indicating that the gold was for the person who removed the boulder from the roadway.

The peasant learned what many others never understand. Every obstacle presents an opportunity to improve one's condition.

Let Your Emotions Serve You and Not Enslave You!

By: Adam Khoo

As human beings, all of us possess tremendous potential. We just do
not make full use of our immense capabilities. Everybody has the
ability to develop successful relationships, build a successful
business, become the best in their field, make a million dollars
etc... All it takes is learning the right strategies and taking
massive action.

So, what stops most people from taking action and using their full
potential? Whenever I ask this question, the same reasons seem to
come up. Many people will admit that what stops them from taking
action is 'fear', 'uncertainty', 'doubt', 'depression',
'frustration', 'anger', 'laziness' or 'feelings of helplessness'.

Many salespeople don't succeed because they have the fear of
getting rejected. Many people who have the desire to start a
business never do so because of their self-doubt and fear of
failure. Many people who experience adversity do not take the
necessary actions to turn their life around because they feel too
depressed or frustrated. In other words, NEGATIVE EMOTIONS are the
main reason why people do not take action and realize their full
potential.

BUT Negative Emotions Serve a Positive Purpose. They are Signals that
We Need to Change Something.

So, if negative emotions are so 'bad', why do we have them? Why do
they exist? ! I believe that our creator did not give us negative
emotions to limit us or to punish us. In fact, negative emotions
serve a positive purpose. They are signals that tell us that we
need to change something. They are giving us the message that we
need to either change our perceptions or our actions!

The Positive Message of Fear

Throughout our lives, our minds will create the emotion of fear
whenever we face something new or challenging. The salesperson
experiences the fear of being rejected. The presenter experiences
fear before going on stage. So, why does our mind create this
feeling of fear? Fear is an emotion that signals to us that we need
to 'get better prepared'. This feeling is giving us a message that
in order to deal with the challenge ahead, we need to gain more
knowledge, skills and resources to succeed. That is a useful
message, isn't it?

Many people are surprised to know that I still feel fear before I
go on stage to give a talk, despite having been a professional
speaker for the last 15 years.

In fact, 3-4 days before any speaking engagement, I start feeling
the fear that hundreds of people will be listening to me and
judging me. I have the fear that I may not live up to their
expectations. This fear signals to me that I have to get prepared.
It motives me to plan way ahead. I spend hours doing research on my
topic, writing a powerful speech and crafting my slides. This fear
drives me to rehearse my speech in my mind over and over again
until I know exactly what to say, how to say it and when to say it.

The moment I am fully prepared to give my absolute best, my fear is
at a minimal. I have made use of my fear to help me constantly
deliver my best each and every time. I can imagine that if I had no
fear, I would not have bothered to have prepared so hard and would
probably have given a lousy speech.

So, it is perfectly normal to feel fear. Everybody gets scared,
both ordinary and extraordinary people. The difference lies in how
they deal with it. Unfortunately, most people allow their fears to
limit them from taking action. They get the fear of public speaking
so they avoid it completely. They will never dare to speak in
public.

Frustration Signals to Us that We Have to Change Our Strategy

Another common negative emotion that many of us may experience is
'frustration'. Frustration is an emotion we feel when we are not
able to get the result we want despite repeated attempts. Most
people allow the feeling of frustration to overwhelm them so much
that they get angry and quit ever attempting it again. Haven't you
been so frustrated at something or someone and said to yourself,
'whatever!', threw your hands up in surrender and walk off?

Once again, Frustration is there to give us a message. It serves a
useful purpose. When we feel frustrated, the signal is telling us
that we have to change our strategy. We have to do something
different, to get the results we want. One of my students is an
insurance advisor (specializing in corporate insurance) that was
getting so frustrated with her job that she felt like quitting
after three months. She was getting frustrated that despite making
hundreds of calls to prospects, she couldn't even secure an
appointment. She kept getting rejection after rejection.

When she attended my program, I told her
that as long as she did not listen to the message of her
frustration, she would never reach her sales targets. Her
frustration was a clear signal that she had to change her strategy
in the way she engaged her prospects.

Upon reflection, she realized that whenever she said that she was
offering 'corporate insurance evaluation', people closed their
minds and immediately said that they weren't interested. She
decided to use a different strategy. She would call her prospects
(bosses of companies) and say, 'I am a corporate strategy advisor.
Do you have the intention to list your company on the stock
exchange?' That statement immediately got their attention.

If their answer was no, she would say, 'do you realize that if
something happens to you, the shares you own in your company may
become worthless? Your loved ones may not be able to sell the
shares to extract its value. Could you spare a few minutes to learn
how to assign a market value to your company so that it can be
easily sold in the future?' By using this unique approach, her
appointment rate shot up and she increased her sales by 400% in
just 6 months.

So, you can see that 'negative emotions' like fear, frustration,
anger, depression and disappointment are not really bad at all.
They can really help us to become much more successful. We just
have to ensure that they serve us and not immobilize us from taking
action. So, whenever you experience a negative emotion, listen to
the message and act on it. And once you have heard the message,
breakout of the negative emotion so you no longer feel bad about
it.

To your success,
Adam

The Important Things In Life!

What's in your jar?

A philosophy professor stood before his class with some items on the table in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks, about 2 inches in diameter.

He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles, of course, rolled into the open areas between the rocks.

He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else.

He then asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous "Yes."

"Now," said the professor, "I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The rocks are the important things – your family, your partner, your health, your children – things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter – like your job, your house, your car.

The sand is everything else. The small stuff."

"If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued "there is no room for the pebbles or the rocks. The same goes for your life.

If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you. Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take your partner out dancing. There will always be time to go to work, clean the house, give a dinner party and fix the disposal.

Take care of the rocks first – the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand."

The Power of Identity! (This could be the most important message you read this year...)

By: Adam Khoo

After working with over 550,000 people in seven countries through
my seminars and coaching sessions, I have found that when a person
makes a change and it lasts, it is because they did not just make a
change at the behavioral, emotional or cognitive level, but they
make a shift at the level of self-identity.

What is the meaning of identity? Identity is the belief you have
about who you are as a person. It is how you see yourself. I
remember watching an animated movie called 'Ice Age 2' that really
illustrates the power of identity. In the movie, there is a mammoth
(prehistoric elephant) named Ally who lost her herd when she was
just a baby. As a result, she was adopted by a family of possums
who brought her up as one of their own. Growing up in a family of
possums, she began to believe that she was a possum herself.

The result? She behaved like a possum. She played dead whenever
predators like birds flew overhead. She hung upside down to sleep
and ran away when other animals came. She never realized that she
was a mammoth, the largest and strongest animal around. One day,
she met a male mammoth by the name of Manny. Manny tried his best
to convince her that she was really a mammoth and she shouldn't be
running away and hiding from everything she saw.

He brought her to a pond and asked her to look at her own
reflection to see who she really was. When she looked into the
water, she exclaimed, 'I am a big fat possum!' She was still not
convinced she was a mammoth even though the evidence was right in
front of her. What is the lesson in this story?

Many of us are like that mammoth. We have tremendous potential and
are capable of amazing things in life. However, as we go through
life, we are sometimes convinced by the people around us that we
are 'lazy', 'unlucky', 'incapable', 'weak' etc... The moment we start
to see ourselves as an average person', we start behaving like one.
We start lowering our standards and adopting limiting beliefs and
attitudes. Even when we are shown our true potential, we hold onto
our limiting beliefs and refuse to see the truth.

The Way You See Yourself Affects Your Destiny

The way you see yourself (your identity) affects what you think you
can or cannot do. This in turn affects want you want in life (your
goals and standards). What you want will affect what you do (your
actions). Finally, your actions will determine your results and
ultimately your destiny.

Understanding the power of identity has really impacted my life
personally. When I was in primary school, I used to have a very
negative self-identity. I used to see myself as loser. I saw myself
as a slow, lazy and lousy student. Reflecting back, I have come to
realize that my identity was shaped by my past experiences and the
negative comments that people kept saying to me.

I used to spend all my time procrastinating, watching TV and
playing computer games, instead of doing my homework and studying.
I found it difficult to understand and remember what was taught in
class, so I didn't bother to pay attention. As a result, I kept
failing my exams and was always among the last in class. My friends
would call me stupid and my parents, tutors and teachers kept
saying that I was lazy. All these experiences soon shaped the way I
saw myself-as a loser.

As long as I saw myself as an underachiever, I never thought that I
could ever amount to anything. As a result, I low standards and no
future goals. All I wanted to do was pass my exams. Not failing was
a great achievement for me. This in turn gave me no inspiration to
take action. I would always put in the minimum effort. The result,
I kept getting lousy grades. God knows where I would be today if I
still held onto that identity.

So what made that 180-degree change in my life? I went through a
powerful experience that totally changed my identity. At the age of
13, I attended a personal development program for youths. During
the program, we were put through a series of challenging
activities to prove to ourselves that we were capable of achieving
more than what we thought. I was taught that my past behavior and
results did not determine who I was. I alone had the power to
choose the person I wanted to be. We were all taught to realize
that we had tremendous potential and could achieve anything we put
our mind to.

After five days of intensive positive conditioning, I began to see
myself as a 'winner'. I learned to visualize myself as an 'A'
student, a winner, a leader and a future millionaire. That simple
shift in my mind, made a tremendous shift in my thoughts,
behaviors and my life. With this new identity, I began to think
that everything was possible in life. I began to set much higher
standards for my life. I wanted so much more. I set goals of
topping my school, going to university and becoming a successful
entrepreneur. I began to behave differently. I started to study
hard, ask questions and step up whenever there was an opportunity.

No doubt, my grades began to improve and the rest is history.
Through my own life experience, I have come to realize that it is
only when we change the way we see ourselves, will our entire life
change. Today I get a huge level of satisfaction helping both
adults as well as youths create shifts in their identity through my
life transformational programs.

Who Are You?

I want you to take a few minutes and to reflect on this question,
'Who are you?' 'How do you currently see yourself?' Do you see
yourself as a winner or an average person? A motivated person or a
lazy person? An adventurer? A coward? A leader or a follower? Are
you a failure or a success? Are you an intelligent person? Are you
attractive or unattractive? Be totally honest with yourself and do
this exercise now.

Take a look at the identity you have described. Are there certain
aspects to your identity that empower you? Of example, if you see
yourself as a very determined person, it is unlikely that you will
allow yourself to give up easily. At the same time, are there
certain aspects of your identity that limit you? For example, if
you see yourself as a lazy person, then you will subconsciously
behave in a way that is consistent with that identity.

You Are More Than Who You Think You Are

If you have negative or limiting aspects of your identity, the good
news is that it is not cast in stone. You can change it! You must
remember that the identity that you now have is the result of
generalizations you have made of your past experiences and
behaviors. It does not define you unless you allow it to.

For example, if you see yourself as a lazy person, how did you
create this self-identity? It could be that there were times in the
past when you set certain goals and did not follow through. You did
not take action at times when you needed to. After witnessing this
behavior in yourself a few times, you came to the conclusion that
you are a lazy person. The people around you may have also labeled
you as being 'lazy' after observing your behavior. Once you gave
yourself that lazy label, it became comfortable and acceptable to
keep doing it.

Understand that you are not your past behaviors. Your past
behaviors are the result of past choices you have made and
emotional states you were in. You have the power at any time to
make new choices, put yourself into an empowering state and take
action. However, the moment you believe that you are a lazy person,
you will not change your choices and your behaviors.

If We Want to Make a Sustainable Change, it Starts
With Changing Your Identity

Remember that if you want to change any kind of behavior or
result, you have to first change the way you see yourself. If you
want to achieve a greater level of success in your life, you have
to first see yourself as a successful person. You will then think
and act like a successful person. You will carry yourself
differently, speak differently and dress differently. You will
spend your time more effectively and demand a lot more from
yourself.

Steps to Change Your Identity:

So, who must you BE to achieve the dreams and the life that that
you want? For example, if you want to increase your fitness and
health, adopt the identity a healthy and fit person.

If you want to be successful, you have to first adopt the identity
of a successful person! You must be someone who is motivated,
resilient, decisive and passionate. You must see yourself as a
leader and a role model.

Step 1: Write Down Your New Identity

The process begins with you consciously writing down the identity
you want for yourself. So take as much time as you need and write
down all the parts of your new identity. Do it now!

When I did this exercise many years ago, I wrote down: I am a
future millionaire, I am a winner, I am an 'A' student, I am
fearless, I am an entrepreneur, I am a never say die person etc...

Step 2: Visualize Yourself As That New Person

Everything is first created in the mind before it is manifested in
physical reality. For example, if you want to be financially
successful, see yourself as a millionaire in your mind. Imagine
yourself living the lifestyle you want; living in the home you
want, driving the car you want and making million dollar
investment decisions. Your mind gives you the power to create
anything you want. By visualizing something over and over again
with intensity, it programs our subconscious mind to move in that
direction, causing us to think and behave in that way.

Step 3: Consciously Act According to Your New Identity

The next thing to do is to follow through with your actions.
Consciously decide to act according to your new identity until it
reinforces into a habit. For example, if you now want to become a
sociable person, start taking the initiative to say hello to people
and strike up conversations. Make the effort to remember their
names, keep their name cards and to follow up with a call or an
email. If it is something you may have never done before (because
you were an introvert or shy person) then it may seem uncomfortable
at the beginning.

This is where you have to break through your comfort zone and keep
doing it over again until it becomes your new comfort zone. The
moment it becomes comfortable, your new identity will stay.

Step 4: Make Physical Changes

Finally, you can also make physical changes to reinforce your
identity. You could change your hairstyle, your makeup, your
clothes and your accessories that are in line with the new you.

The moment I became a speaker, I started to dress differently. I
wore suits most of the time and carried a business travel case. I
wore my hair in a more mature and professional way. Somehow, our
physical appearance affects how we see ourselves and how others see
us. You can't be an achiever and dress in a sloppy manner. It just
doesn't work! So start to look and dress the part and you will
become that person you want.

This article is an extract from my upcoming book 'Winning the
Game of Life!' Do look out for it soon!

Are you ready to create a new identity for yourself, breakthrough
your limiting habits and propel yourself to achieve YOUR goals?

To your success,
Adam

Did you know that DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies?
The human DNA is a biological Internet and superior in many aspects to the artificial one. The latest Russian scientific research directly or indirectly explained phenomena such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts of healing, self healing, affirmation techniques, unusual light/auras around people (namely spiritual masters), mind’s influence on weather patterns and much more. In addition, there is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes.
Only 10% of our DNA is being used for building proteins. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The other 90% are considered “junk DNA.” The Russian researchers, however, convinced that nature was not dumb, joined linguists and geneticists in a venture to explore those 90% of “junk DNA.” Their results, findings and conclusions are simply revolutionary! According to them, our DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body but also serves as data storage and in communication. The Russian linguists found that the genetic code, especially in the apparently useless 90%, follows the same rules as all our human languages. To this end they compared the rules of syntax (the way in which words are put together to form phrases and sentences), semantics (the study of meaning in language forms) and the basic rules of grammar.
They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages. So human languages did not appear coincidentally but are a reflection of our inherent DNA.

Is There Any REAL Science Behind The Law Of Attraction?

By

Every day, I see questions such as 'Do you believe in the Law Of Attraction?' Is it real? Does it really work? Does it really exist? Is there any scientific basis to it?
These same questions are being asked AT LEAST once every other day both in Yahoo and all over the internet.
There are many people who are quick to say it's a 'scam' and label it rubbish, pseudoscience, a sham religion, wishful thinking, etc. Others say it's real without giving a detailed explanation.
Let's put this issue to rest. The Law Of Attraction exists and is REAL. It has been around since the beginning of time, just like gravity. Everyone believes in gravity and no one questions it because gravity's effects are IMMEDIATE. If you jump out of a five story building, you'll fall down in no time.
People have a harder time accepting the Law Of Attraction because UNLIKE gravity, there's always a TIME DELAY associated with it.Your thoughts and emotions are INVISIBLE waves of energy, similar to radio waves. These invisible waves of energy take TIME to manifest into actual physical reality we can see with our eyes. When people think and feel a negative thought today and something bad happens to them days later, they don't associate the thought as having caused the effect.
The great electrical scientists such as Edison, Tesla, and Marconi all believed that thoughts could move through the air. They were certain that thoughts could affect things if the they are strong and clear. The noted astronomer Sir Arthur Eddington said it was NOT impossible that the physical laws of the universe could be made subject to human thought. And quantum physics doesn't rule it out either.
Einstein's world famous E=MC2 proved that mass and energy are the same, just in different form. That simple equation allowed scientists to build atomic bombs which could destroy entire cities. That equation also proves that our thoughts and emotions, which are energy waves, can also transform into physical matter. Modern quantum physics has stated that all the subatomic particles which make up matter starts out as a Wave Of Probability. When we place our thought or awareness on these waves, the wave 'collapses' into a super small particle of matter. The more we place our awareness on it, eventually it becomes part of our physical reality. This is just a very brief explanation.
Gravity was around for thousands of years before Issac Newton 'discovered it', since the beginning of time. The Law Of Attraction has also been in existence forever before the movie THE SECRET came out in 2006. The Secret simply made popular something that has been with us all along.
Here's the bottom line. If someone doesn't 'believe' in the Law of Attraction, they will live their life by DEFAULT. Meaning, they will live their life by going along with the flow of good or bad circumstances that present themselves. If someone does believe in the Law of Attraction AND LEARNS how to use their thoughts and emotions to intentionally create positive circumstances for themselves, then that person will live their life by DESIGN.
The Secret was a well made movie. However, the Law Of Attraction is more complicated than what the movie teaches. There is MUCH more to the whole manifesting process. The movie should have made that clear, but it did NOT. When people who tried to follow what the movie taught and it didn't work for them, they started to have doubts and began to think it isn't real. The people and critics who were skeptical from the beginning were quick to say it's not real and is a scam or pseudoscience.
(That is part of the problem. The other problem is that many books out there teaching the Law Of Attraction are INCOMPLETE and are more motivational than anything else. Also, they present the information in such a manner that the average person has a hard time putting the information into practical use to get some real results.)
Again, the Law Of Attraction is VERY real but people need to study MUCH MORE into it besides just watching The Secret. You can't understand Aerospace Engineering math by just learning basic algebra. You need to go further into higher levels of math such as differential equations and advanced calculus. In order to really understand the true nature of the Law Of Attraction, one needs to study MUCH more into it. Is it no surprise that almost every teacher featured in THE SECRET has their OWN specialized course on the Law Of Attraction?
The popular statement: "Whatever you spend your time and energy focusing on will eventually come to you" is true, BUT NOT THE FULL STORY. It is an oversimplification. You can't teach someone to bake a special cake by only telling them to 'get the right ingredients'. You need to go into the specifics such as which ingredients, how to properly mix, the right baking temperature, etc.....If even ONE step along the way isn't done correctly, the outcome will not be favorable.
So, it's NOT only about thinking what you want all the time and it appears right in front of you.
There is a step by step scientific process to making the law of attraction work. The problem is most people NEVER learn the whole process. Most books out there seem to give bits of info here and there. Some give too much information, not enough or, are so hard to understand that people are never able to apply any of the information they learn.
