Ever since the movie/book 'The Secret' was released in 2006, a lot of different books and programs have appeared on the market in an effort to further teach the law of attraction. Many of these books are more motivational than anything else. Some of these other courses can be expensive, costing upwards of $400, especially if it is being offered by some 'big name guru' in the field. This does make one wonder, "Did these individuals really get wealthy using the law of attraction OR did they actually get wealthy teaching the law of attraction?"
Most if not all of these courses will all claim that the movie THE SECRET was incomplete and much information was left out of the movie, which is true. However, if you've ever purchased some of these courses on the internet, you're usually given so much information that it's next to impossible for the average person to get a practical 'plan of action' to get things working. After giving many different seminars on the law of attraction and talking to many different people interested in this subject, I have found this to be true.
That's the first problem. The second problem is that a good number of these courses get too deep into spiritual things as well as metaphysical. While this isn't necessarily negative, telling someone who's currently in a difficult financial situation all these things isn't likely going to work. As our conscious minds work from a logical standpoint, there needs to be more of a scientific approach to presenting the law of attraction.
A third problem is a lot of these expensive detailed courses aren't always on the same page when comes to presenting the information. One course teaches one thing, another says something different. For the average person who has hardly any experience with the law of attraction, this could be enough to give up on the subject.
With all of these problems that can arise to the average person seeking to learn more about the law of attraction, is it no coincidence that: 1. Many people can't get it to work for them and 2. There are a lot of people and critics who say that the law of attraction is a 'scam', a sham religion, etc..among other things?
I've been student of the law of attraction for as long as I can recall.
